Flagship waterfront restaurant opportunities at The Waterfront Vancouver
The Waterfront Vancouver sits on the north bank of the Columbia River, minutes north of downtown Portland, Oregon, Mountains, and Columbia River Gorge. The project reclaims a significant piece of the city landscape long separated from residents, neighbors and visitors.
The project comprises more than 32 acres in downtown Vancouver and includes over 3,000 residential units of several types to create a socially and economically space will also be developed. Additionally, retail space will include restaurants and specialty shops and services to support residents and visitors. The plan also accommodates a 160-room hotel. A riverfront trail opens the site to public waterfront and river access to incorporate the district with downtown Vancouver, where the Convention Center.
The Waterfront Vancouver development creates and exciting environment for dining, from cafés to upscale restaurants, with ample opportunities for outdoor dining overlooking the Columbia River.
On-site river access will allow easy dock-and-dine opportunities, and the esplanade to the north will feature wide sidewalks for dining or strolling, trees and landscaping, and a pedestrian-friendly experience.
Waterfront restaurant space available includes 27,000 square feet in Block 12, and 15,000 square feet in Block 9, immediately to the east.
New access points for bus and rail service are currently underway, in addition to ample on-site parking.
